CONTENTS

A person who manufactures/imports/sells chemical substances must complete the first report on the use and amount, etc., of the relevant substances by June 30, 2016, following the Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (ARECs), which came into effect January, 2015. 

Therefore, please refer to the attached guide(Summary Guidance on Reporting by Overseas Manufacturer or Producer), which explains the reporting object, subject, and procedure of ARECs. Its purpose is to implement the ARECs according to plan.
